A recipe for the dehydrator, it was long! It should still do not deprive themselves of these crackers if you do not have dehydrator. Bake at minimum temperature, the result is very good too.

This recipe is very (very!) strongly inspired by Italian crackers Karen Knowler famous coach flood the United Kingdom. I still advise to go easy with the spices, do not forget that the flavors are concentrated during dehydration.

• 1 / 2 red pepper
• 1 tomato
• the half a small onion
• a pinch of salt
• 1 / 4 cup parsley
• 1 cup flaxseed blondes or brunettes

Skip to blender peppers, tomato, onion and salt until it is liquefied. Add the parsley and let it run a few seconds, just long enough to ax a little. Add flax seeds and let it run just until blended. It does not shred all the flaxseed.

Pour the dough (it will thicken very liquid but quickly) on the dehydrator tray covered with a paraflexx or parchment paper. Spread a thin layer, as evenly as possible.

Dehydrate at 115 degrees Fahrenheit until the crackers are strong enough to handle, 3-4 hours about. Remove paraflexx, cut the crackers if desired. It is usually pretty good with kitchen scissors. We can also wait until the crackers are dry and break, it gives a rustic look rather pretty.

Replace the dehydrator until the crackers are dry. I usually leave them overnight and they are ready in the morning.
